Design

We are continuously designing, prototyping and testing new products. Our goal is to design products that offer outstanding performance, superior quality and lighting solutions.

Construction

We manufacture all our products using the highest quality components. We utilize 6061-T6 aluminum, solid brass and 304 stainless steel for our CNC-machined parts. We use manganese bronze or low-copper aluminum for our cast parts.  We utilize high-temperature silicone O-rings and gaskets, borosilicate glass lenses and porcelain sockets with Teflon leads  to produce light fixtures that will endure the harshest of environments. All our products are "Made in USA".

Finishes

TGIC thermo-set polyester powder coat paint is available in 14 standard colors. RAL and custom finishes available upon request. All painted aluminum components pass through a six-stage process to ensure a lasting finish. . . the most important step being the chromate conversion coating done prior to the application of powder coat paint.  While there are other types of pre-treatment that  can be used on aluminum, we use the only one proven to be the best. Aluminum models available in one additional metal finish: Clear Anodized (CLA). Brass models available in three additional metal finishes: Natural (NAT), Polished (POL), and Aged (AGE). Stainless steel models available in three additional finishes: Natural (NAT), Polished (POL), and Brushed (BRU). Contact your local Vision3 Lighting sales representative for standard finish samples.
